Position Title : Maintenance Account ManagerLocation:Woodbine, MDReports To : Maintenance Branch ManagerSupervisees : Supervisors, Crew Leaders, Irrigation Service techsPosition SummaryThis position requires servicing commercial properties in and around Woodbine, MD.The Account Manager has the primary responsibility of building a robust relationship with existing customers, quality control, renewals, enhancements, irrigation, lighting and plant healthcare sales for a designated geographical area. Execute high quality maintenance services in accordance with contract specifications and within given budgeted parameters.The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000.
