About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Remote Industrial Efficiency Engineer to contribute to their ongoing operational excellence initiatives. This role involves analyzing industrial processes and systems remotely to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization. You will collaborate virtually with in office teams to develop and propose solutions, working with cutting-edge analytical tools. Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote analysis of industrial operations, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for efficiency gains. Develop and present data-driven recommendations for process optimization, resource allocation, and waste reduction strategies. Collaborate virtually with plant managers, engineers, and operational staff to understand challenges and implement proposed solutions. Utilize process simulation, data analytics, and modeling software to evaluate the impact of proposed changes. Create detailed reports and documentation outlining findings, methodologies,



and implementation plans for efficiency improvements. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in industrial efficiency and process optimization. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field focused on efficiency and process improvement. Proven ability to conduct detailed analysis and develop actionable insights from complex data. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) and process modeling software. Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently. Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
