Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Billing Clerk to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage billing processes, ensure accurate financial transactions, and support our accounting operations. Your expertise will help maintain smooth financial workflows and foster positive relationships with clients and vendors.

Duties

- Prepare and send invoices
- Manage accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer portals
- Verify technician paperwork work accuracy

Requirements
- Invoicing/accounting experience
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Math abilities and attention to detail in financial calculations
- Work in a face pace environment and process 50 + invoices a day




- Familiarity with contruction services industry standards is a plus
- Ability to perform precise data entry while maintaining high accuracy standards
- French an asset

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
