(Location) is currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team of customer focusedprofessionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

KeyAccountabilities & Objectives:

- Manage incoming internet and phoneinquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
- Set appointments for customers tocome in and meet with sales
- Listen and be attentive to customerneeds and prioritize in order to provide assistance to the customer andprovide the sales consultant with a proper qualified lead
- Provide superior customer serviceand achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Work closely in partnership withsales consultants and management to provide qualified leads and detailedinformation on customer requirements
- Maintain a high Customer Service Experienceindex score
- Respond to customer complaints andfollowing established concern resolution process
- Assist fellow team members whenrequired
- Communicate escalated customerconcerns to appropriate manager when required
- Provide feedback to management andmaintain open communication on concerns, suggestions, requirements etc.

Special Requirements:

- MinimumHigh School Diploma
- PostSecondary Education Preferred
