This role requires a dynamic, highly organized leader who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, strategic environment and driving alignment across complex business priorities.The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, enabling effective communication, governance, and execution across strategic initiatives, M&A activities,
and operational priorities.From day one, the Chief of Staff will play a key role in enhancing leadership effectiveness and driving business outcomes. This includes coordinating across Strategy, M&A, and Operations leaders, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring alignment on priorities across a global, matrixed organization.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in strategy, M&A, or operations, with the ability to synthesize complex information, develop executive-level materials, and drive clarity and execution across initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate leadership activities, including executive reviews, strategy sessions, and operating cadencesPartner with leadership to drive, monitor, and communicate progress against key strategic initiatives, M&A activities, and operational prioritiesDevelop high-quality executive presentations and supporting materialsBuild and maintain strong relationships across Strategy, M&A, Operations, and extended leadership teamsAnticipate and identify strategic risks, dependencies, or challenges, and drive proactive resolutionSupport business strategy development, including analysis, synthesis, and recommendationsProvide oversight and coordination for transformation initiatives, M&A programs, and special projectsIdentify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, processes,
