Bowen Road location is seeking a new

Full-time Café Manager to play a key roll in the daily operations of our Café. You will be responsible for a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. You will be prepping various meals ,platters, training new recruits, and assisting customers with a smile. If you are a confident leader with a passion , we want to hear from you!

Some of what you will do:

You will train ,manage, and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity

You’ll support in daily scheduling needs, ordering and inventory, and communicating to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues

You’ll ensure correct quantities of food are prepared to meet daily needs

You will ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures

You’re productive, organized, and enjoy working through challenges

Pay for this job

Pay

CA$26.25-CA$35.75 per hour

Starting Range

$26.25-$30.50





Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range

Up to $35.75

Requirements

Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

1 -2 years of Management or Supervisory role The Perks!
