Duties

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring under supervision or as trained
- Support seniors and individuals with disabilities through companionship and engagement in recreational activities
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
- Assist with transfers and heavy lifting to ensure client safety during movement or repositioning




- Document care provided accurately and communicate any changes in condition to healthcare professionals

Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in patient care, dementia care, hospice support or caring for individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with meal preparation that meets specific dietary requirements
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Compassionate attitude combined with reliability and attention to detail
