Description

As Catering Coordinator, you will:

- Be responsible for the supervision and training of catering team members
- Working with the Executive Chef, supervise and plan the execution of catering and conferencing events.
- Maintain a clean and secure work area adhering to food safety and health standards
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to catering team members
- Ensure all products and ingredients required are delivered in a timely manner for prompt delivery to clientele
- Working with the Receiver, ensure food ingredients are ordered in the proper manner
- Provide input into catering menus and develop new menu items

Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in fast-paced catering and conferencing environments. Supervising a team of catering associates and event setups/teardowns.
