Duties

- Set up catering stations, tables, and buffet areas with precision and care, ensuring all items are attractively presented and ready for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards at all times
- Support bartending duties when required, including mixing drinks, serving alcohol responsibly, and checking IDs to ensure legal compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely setup, service,



and breakdown of catering events while providing a positive experience for guests

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable; familiarity with serving or food handling enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Experience in guest services or hospitality settings demonstrates your ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential for maintaining health regulations
- Prior experience in bartending or hotel service can be an advantage but is not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are key to delivering outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event-specific schedules is important for success in this role
