Provide outstanding patient care.

Follow clinical systems and processes mentored by experienced chiropractors to conduct assessments and treatment programs that meet patients’ goals.

Perform new patient consultations, exams, treatment plans, adjustments, education, exercise prescription, and re‑evaluations to achieve excellent results, retention, and growth.

Bring positive energy and passion to the team culture each day, demonstrating a growth mindset and initiative.

Communicate with clarity, empathy, honesty, and respect with patients, their families, and team members.

Accept feedback and constantly seek ways to improve clinical and leadership skills.
