Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook and line cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation and handling, and will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and taste. This role requires a commitment to food safety and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards.
- Cook in a timely manner, ensuring they are baked to perfection.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including all cooking equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of all food items.
- Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications





- 4 yrs Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality food preparation.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
