Initial compensation is comprised of a 25% founding equity stake via Class B shares. The executive salary range listed contractually activates and retroactively kicks in immediately upon the initial commercial financing and milestone grant release.

Our Lord's Kingdom INC. is a dual-incorporated federal entity transitioning into a high-volume Modern Method of Construction (MMC) footprint. We have engineered proprietary light-gauge steel structural panel systems paired with non-combustible Magnesium Oxide (MgO) composite cores to aggressively undercut legacy developers and permanently rewrite housing security models across Canada.

To achieve our Year 1 deployment targets, our factory floor and field installer roster will scale to nearly 100 personnel within the first 12 months of operations. We are refusing all boilerplate corporate applicants who manage via spreadsheets from an office. We demand a ruthless, operationally dominant manufacturing machine—a leader who will own the factory floor, weaponize the tooling assets, and deploy teams on the ground like a military operation.

CORE OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Industrial Facility Staging: Mastermind, configure, and execute the physical layout, precision machinery calibration, and assembly sequence inside our primary Kelly Lake Road industrial manufacturing shell.

Regulatory and Quality Enforcement: Enforce uncompromising, absolute quality control frameworks to guarantee all panel production runs achieve and maintain continuous CSA A277 plant certifications and National Building Code compliance natively.

Supply Chain Command: Dominate regional materials procurement, managing tight Net-60 material terms and Net-90 tooling contracts to ensure raw steel and MgO panel inventories never hit a single bottleneck.

Workforce Logistics: Partner directly with the Director of Human Resources to direct, oversee,



and optimize the daily physical output, safety metrics, and operational logistics of a 35-man master fabrication crew and a 50-man field installation force.

COMPENSATION, EQUITY, AND PROTECTIVE BYLAWS

Initial Compensation: 25% Founding Equity Allocation issued exclusively via Class B Common Non-Voting Shares.

Operational Autonomy: Complete, autonomous command of factory-floor logistics, manufacturing schedules, and tooling allocations.

Bylaw Firewall Protection: Executive equity vests over a strict 36-month timeline tied to physical manufacturing output milestones (including the validation of the initial 15 FFU production runs). Class B shares possess zero voting power on corporate bylaws, structural alignments, or executive placement resolutions, which remain locked under 100% Founder control.

Cash Backstop Activation: Full executive baseline salary and production-tier bonuses activate automatically upon the initial milestone loan or grant funding release.

CANDIDATE ENTRY PROFILE

Extensive, hands-on history managing heavy industrial assembly floors, automated prefabricated framing lines, automotive plants, or modular housing factories.

Deep technical expertise in cold-formed steel engineering, high-volume logistics optimization, and automated machinery deployment.

Total refusal to tolerate operational bottlenecks; built to drive raw materials into finished structural assets exactly on time, every time, regardless of external conditions.
