The Applications

Analyst is a vital position within Technology Solutions & Applications, focusing on maintaining software health and delivering innovative solutions. Reporting to the Manager, this role will require proactive troubleshooting and collaboration with users to meet their evolving needs efficiently. - Conduct application effectiveness reviews and develop improvement plans
- Address user incidents and resolve software problems




- Install and configure systems and update applications
- Ensure compliance of new software with existing infrastructure
- Guide leadership on technology decisions related to applications Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience with enterprise applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft IIS and SQL Server essential
- Project management experience in IT is required
- Experience with municipal software advantages
