Position Title: Class 1 Truck Driver

Location (Start Point): Calgary, AB

Delivery Area: Canada–U.S Run

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Schedule: 4-5 days a week Sundayto Thursday/Friday (Could vary depending on coverage required weekends). Open for night driving as well

Start Time: Varies

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Company drivers to join our growing transportation team. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their work, consistently deliver high-quality service, and can operate safely and professionally in a fast-paced environment while representing the company.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate vehicles to transport freight across Canada–U.S. routes
- Complete deliveries and pickups to customer locations in a safe, timely, and professional manner
- Operate tractor-trailer equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections of the vehicle, including checking tires, brakes, lights, and cargo securement; promptly report any issues to the maintenance department for timely repairs.
- Accurately complete all required documentation, including e-logs, inspection reports,



delivery paperwork, and incident reports
- Maintain compliance with hours-of-service regulations, safety policies, and company procedures
- Maintain flexibility to meet operational and customer demands, including variable schedules, overtime, weekends, or overnight runs as required

Core Requirements

- Valid Class 1 driver's license
- Clean 5 years Commercial driving abstract (no more than 3 demerits and 3 negative events)
- Valid Fast card or TWIC card
- Mountain driving experiences a must
- Truck should not be older the 6 years
- Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations, hours of service, and load securement
- Experience operating commercial vehicles in winter driving conditions
- Ability to accurately complete eLogs, vehicle inspection reports, and delivery documentation
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as required
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, safety-focused approach

Role-Specific Requirements

Class 1 Drivers

- Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class 1 driving experience

Cross-Border Drivers

- Legally eligible to enter the United States with valid documentation
- 1 year of cross-border driving experience
- FAST Cardrequired
