We are seeking a motivated and energetic Casual Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal across designated areas
- Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, restocking supplies, and reporting repairs needed
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and quality of service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all cleaning tools are stored properly after use
- Support team members during special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the proper use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions
- Robust attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards and cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
