Duties and Responsibilities

- Work directly with customers to help qualify STEMCELL products for use in cell and gene therapy or diagnostic applications by providing quality/regulatory documentation and support
- Manage customer-driven initiatives related to the use of STEMCELL’s products in clinical workflows, including custom product development and manufacturing
- Facilitate work with internal stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Sales and Business Development to prepare proposals and ensure that business agreements are executed
- Champion internal initiatives that make STEMCELL easier to qualify as a clinical supplier

Knowledge and Qualifications

- Master’s degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong level of interest and knowledge in the cell therapy and diagnostic fields, including applicable quality and regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and problem solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks at a given time

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$83,700.00 – $125,500.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
