Become a vital part of our manufacturing team as a CNC Milling Setup Operator. This full time role seeks someone adept in CNC machining and setup, capable of ensuring precision and quality.
We are in search of a skilled CNC Milling setup/operator who has a robust understanding of machining processes and CNC programming. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience and be proficient with Fanuc control and Mastercam. A deep mechanical understanding will assist in effectively reading blueprints and troubleshooting machinery for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct CNC Milling setups and operations • Modify and program using Fanuc control • Interpret both G-code and M-code seamlessly • Set up tooling and prepare parts for testing • Use precision tools for accurate measurements
Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience in CNC Milling • Familiarity with Mastercam tools • Strong mechanical troubleshooting capabilities • Basic math knowledge for dimension calculations • Custom job shop exposure is beneficial
