What You'll Do

- Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, robotics, and precision manufacturing equipment

- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot machining processes

- Inspect and verify parts to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices

- Follow established manufacturing procedures and standard work instructions

- Assist with routine equipment maintenance and process optimization

- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards





- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Degree, diploma, apprenticeship, or relevant experience in:

- Machining

- Mechanical Technology

- Manufacturing Engineering

- Industrial Technology

- Related skilled trades

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

- Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

- CNC machining experience

- Manufacturing or production experience

- Experience using precision measuring instruments

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Frequent bending, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping

- Ability to wear required PPE throughout the shift
