Our client, a well-established independent insurance brokerage, is seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker to join its client service team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a producer's book of business while providing professional guidance and exceptional service to a diverse commercial clientele.

Your Role

As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and servicing a commercial insurance portfolio;
- Preparing, reviewing, and issuing insurance documents, including quotations, certificates, endorsements, and invoices;
- Working closely with the producer to gather underwriting information and update client files;
- Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and the placement of risks with insurance carriers;
- Processing policy changes, rate revisions, retention activities, and inbound service requests;
- Handling renewals and providing professional advice on coverage options and risk management solutions;
- Responding to client inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.

Qualifications

- Valid AMF Commercial Insurance License (required);
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial insurance;
- Strong negotiation, persuasion,



and relationship-building skills;
- Excellent customer service abilities;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting;
- Functional proficiency in English for professional communications;
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work;
- Organized, collaborative, and self-motivated approach.
