Volunteer Experience · Work Experience · Work & Career Wage – $21 to $25 per hour (to be negotiated) Permanent, full-time (30-40 hours/week) Start date: As soon as possible Education: 1 to 2 years post-secondary certificate or diploma with specialization in hospitality management or administration Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work location: Emerald Lake Lodge (1 Emerald Lake Rd, Field, BC V0A 1G0) Tasks:Establish methods to meet work schedules; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; Supervise and check assembly of trays; Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys; Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions; Manage cash; Organize buffets and banquets; Lead banquet service operations, including setup, execution,
