- Oversee PSWs and HSWs for compliance with standards
- Intervene in patient and staff concerns
- Conduct ongoing team meetings and coaching sessions
- Document safety incidents accurately
- Collaborate on clinical reporting and standards Requirements:
- RN or RPN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
- At least 5 years of nursing experience
- Comprehensive health assessment skills
- Proven team management experience
