Food Service Supervisor

In this position, you'll be responsible for keeping the kitchen and front-of-house operations running efficiently. That means

supervising and coordinating staff , ensuring food is prepared and portioned correctly, and stepping in when customers have concerns. You'll also play a key part in

training new team members

on job duties, sanitation protocols, and safety procedures — helping build a team that performs consistently and safely. Beyond people management, there's an operational side to this role that requires attention to detail. You'll be

estimating ingredient and supply requirements , maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establishing work schedules to keep shifts covered and balanced.

Quality control

This position offers a

wage of $19.50 to $20.50 per hour
