Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building, renovating, and restoring structures across various projects. Your hands-on contribution will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including unloading materials and equipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and painting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project execution.
- Support carpentry, plumbing, welding, and restoration activities as directed by supervisors.
- Mix and apply caulking, drywall compounds, paint, or other finishing materials to achieve desired results.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.




- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction work.
- Previous construction experience with a focus on carpentry, drywall installation, or flooring is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to support project requirements.
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques and drywall finishing processes.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems, tile laying, caulking applications, and welding is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality.
