Phoenix is hiring crew members for telecom tower construction. If you have construction experience, enjoy physical work, and are comfortable working at a variety of heights, we want to hear from you. Previous tower experience is an asset, but not required. We will train you.

Our crews install and work on telecom tower sites. The work involves climbing, rigging, handling materials, using tools, and working together to complete jobs safely. You will be required to travel.

You may be a good fit if you:

- Have experience in construction, steel erection, roofing, scaffolding, or another hands-on trade
- Are willing and able to work at heights and outdoors in changing weather
- Follow safety procedures and communicate well with your crew
- Are dependable, physically capable of the work, and willing to learn
