You will be responsible for arranging and coordinating specialist appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling according to patient needs.

The position also includes routine administrative tasks, such as organizing data and maintaining confidentiality, pivotal for successful operations. Your involvement will aid in enhancing patient access to critical specialist services while supporting the administrative team. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and prioritize patient appointments for specialists
- Manage records relating to specialist vehicles and supplies




- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive material
- Assist with creating newsletters and annual reports
- Provide coverage for other administrative staff when needed Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least one year of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Robust organizational and team collaboration skills
