Il soutient l’organisation du CDE pour obtenir des résultats pour le client et NTT.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementEstablish and nurture robust relationships with clients, including executive‑level stakeholders.Act as primary point of contact, addressing needs, concerns, and escalations.Collaborate with the Customer Delivery Executive to align on client expectations.Monitor and enhance client satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives.Financial ManagementAssist in budgeting, cost management, and invoicing for customer projects and services.Monitor and manage the P&L; for assigned projects or accounts.Help with WBS creation and invoicing via monthly baseline fees, ARCs, and RRCs.Collaborate with finance, project, and resource teams to allocate resources and bill labor appropriately.Manage ARC/RRC and baseline invoices and review monthly RAM charges.Governance and ComplianceEnsure adherence to client and internal governance processes, frameworks, and contractual obligations.Manage Master Agreements, Statements of Work, and Change Requests with legal and procurement teams.Implement and enforce governance best practices to minimize risks and ensure compliance.Conduct monthly governance reviews, drive Service Excellence activities, and maintain compliance with weekly governance requirements.Contract ManagementSupport contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.Review and analyze contract documents, identifying risks and opportunities.Implement robust processes for scope changes, impact analysis, documentation,



and approvals.Track KPIs specified in contracts to demonstrate service quality adherence.Conduct regular contract review meetings with clients and resolve disputes with legal teams.DeliveryCollaborate with Delivery teams to improve service delivery and exceed client expectations.Work closely with Service Delivery Executives/Managers to ensure operation, ticket, and SLA compliance.Assist in data‑driven analytics and robust operational and client reporting.Leadership and DirectionProvide leadership and guidance to delivery towers on financial management, governance, and contract management.Make strategic decisions to achieve financial and client relationship objectives.Accomplish results through subordinate managers and teams.QualificationsAdvanced influencing and communication skills.Strong client service leadership capabilities.Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and P&L; analysis.In‑depth knowledge of contract management and governance principles.Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.Proficiency in managing client relationships, including with C‑Levels.Typically requires 12‑15 years of relevant experience, including 5‑7 years in managerial or leadership roles.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
