Ross Memorial Hospital is looking for a part time Integrated Coordinator of Pharmacy Operations to enhance the pharmacy services at RMH and HHHS. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring readiness for Ontario College of Pharmacists assessments by managing audits, documentation, and workflow standardization. Key Responsibilities: • Support dispensary operations coordination for RMH and HHHS • Manage OCP readiness through audits and compliance tracking • Ensure standardized pharmacy workflows across sites • Analyze metrics to enhance operational planning • Elevate workflow issues to pharmacy leadership
Requirements: • Regulated Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist in Ontario • At least 5 years in hospital pharmacy • Strong understanding of OCP regulations • Experience in data analysis and reporting • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
