As part of the Food Safety Quality Assurance team, you will be involved in conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in food science, with over 2 years of experience in a relevant laboratory setting. You'll be responsible for mastering a range of laboratory technologies and actively participating in food safety programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate UV-spectrophotometers and other lab tools
• Dilute and manage chemical substances safely




• Perform microbiological testing on brewing samples
• Use precision tools for physical product testing
• Support safety compliance across laboratory practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a food-related field
• Minimum 2 years laboratory experience preferred
• Proficient in technical communication
• Strong organizational abilities and flexibility
• Capacity to lift and move equipment regularly
