Key Responsibilities: • Execute basic maintenance tasks across buildings • Assemble and repair furniture and fixtures • Conduct basic electrical and plumbing maintenance • Assist with preventive maintenance checks • Keep work areas clean and hazard-free

Requirements: • Graduation from high school or equivalent • Experience in carpentry and plumbing is helpful • Must hold a valid driver's license • CPR/First Aid certification preferred • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
