From omnichannel marketing campaigns to large‑scale print and digital workflows, our goal is to make complex tasks surprisingly simple, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best.The RoleAs a Senior Estimator, you’ll turn complexity into clarity—providing accurate, cost‑effective estimates that drive value for our clients’ orders. This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days per week in our Burlington site. The initial training period will be fully onsite (5 days per week) for the first 3‑6 months.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and deliver complete, accurate cost estimates within required timelinesAdvise sales teams and clients on the most efficient and cost‑effective production methodsBuild and maintain relationships with external suppliers, monitoring capabilities, pricing, service levels, and availabilityPlan work strategically, balancing cost, quality, schedules, and production capacityReview and validate estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirement, including revising estimates and processing “Change Order” forms as requiredSource new products and print supplies, negotiate pricing, securing vendors, and authorizing the purchase of materials and suppliesMaintain up‑to‑date knowledge of paper stocks, sourcing options, pricing,
