Our client, a market research and consumer insights organization, is seeking a Mystery Shopper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication skills, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Mystery Shopper

Location: Campbell River & Victoria, BC

Pay Range: $20/hour + $0.65/km (ferry costs reimbursed where applicable)

What's the Job?

- Visit assigned retail or service locations and complete mystery shopping assignments
- Observe and evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience based on provided criteria
- Accurately document findings and submit detailed reports within set timelines
- Travel between locations as required, including ferry travel when applicable
- Follow strict confidentiality and reporting guidelines

What's Needed?

- Must be between 21-25 years of age
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle
- Comfortable driving between locations in Campbell River and Victoria
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
