As a key leader in quality control, you will manage inspectors, ensuring all fabrication and repair processes align with contractual and technical specifications. Your role will include overseeing the execution of inspection plans, training teams, and performing critical analyses to enhance quality assurance initiatives across the shipyard. Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise multi-disciplinary QC inspection teams • Implement inspectors’ competency and NDT certification programs • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations • Verify production stages including welding and outfitting • Lead trend and root-cause analysis for quality improvements

Requirements: • Relevant engineering degree or equivalent trade experience • Minimum 5 years in shipbuilding quality roles • Certify and knowledgeable in NDE techniques • Solid grasp of ISO standards and quality management systems • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
