We're not building a roster of warm bodies in uniforms. We're building a team of operators who understand the difference between presence and posture.

What we're looking for To be eligible to work for Blackade Security, you must meet the following criteria:
Possess a valid security guard license in the Province of Ontario.
Flexibility and willingness to work wide-ranging shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours, including standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
Be a Canadian resident and legally entitled to work in Canada
Valid First Aid and CPR-C certification (current)
Previous experience handling confrontational situations and the ability to de-escalate with little to no supervision
Excellent written communication skills for clear, accurate incident reporting




Professional appearance and ability to maintain composure under pressure
Reliable transportation
