We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Manager to lead our Small Engine, ATV, Motorcycle and Side by Side service department with energy and enthusiasm. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive service excellence. Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the parts and service team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high productivity levels
Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and ensuring timely completion of repairs and filling of any warranty work
Foster strong relationships with customers by providing transparent communication, technical explanations, and personalized solutions
Identify prospects for upselling additional services or repairs that meet customer needs while enhancing dealership revenue
Manage cash handling procedures accurately and securely during transactions
Ensure compliance with safety standards, dealership policies,



and industry regulations at all times
Monitor technician performance and provide coaching or training to improve efficiency and technical skills

Experience
Proven dealership experience in a Service Manager or similar leadership role within an automotive or small engine environment
Extensive mechanic experience with solid mechanical knowledge of power equipment and motorized systems and repairs
Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer trust
Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts inventory management, and sales techniques
Experience handling cash transactions accurately and securely is preferred
