Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, ensuring correct change and balanced registers at shift end
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, food prep areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout your shift

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards within the food industry
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to develop your skills is essential
