This role supervises trades and subcontractors, manages in office resources, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience
Trade qualification or relevant experience in construction supervision.
Robust knowledge of construction safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and tradespeople.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and site plans.
