Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sandblaster to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing metal and other surfaces through abrasive blasting techniques to ensure high-quality finishes and optimal surface adhesion for subsequent coating or assembly processes. . The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, familiarity with hand and power tools, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
Operate sandblasting equipment safely and efficiently to clean, prepare, or finish surfaces according to project specifications.
Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to verify cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and equipment, performing routine maintenance as needed.
Follow safety protocols diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respirators,



gloves, and eye protection.
Assist with material handling using cranes or forklifts when necessary to move heavy components or supplies.

Skills
Familiarity with crane operation and forklift certification is preferred for effective material handling.
Solid attention to safety procedures and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment.
