Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales prospects
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food prep stations, and service areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food handling, preparation, and serving to ensure quality and presentation standards are met




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing personalized guest service

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Ability to handle food safely, including proper sanitation and food handling procedures
Basic math skills for order accuracy, billing, and cash handling purposes
Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
