Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Duties
Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, digging, and site preparation.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assist skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks on the job site.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements




Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately.
Must have reliable transportation
