Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Take orders accurately, upsell menu items when appropriate, and process payments efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper handling procedures
Assist in food presentation and portioning to ensure quality standards are upheld




Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with POS systems such as Givex POS is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
