Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Process payments using POS systems
Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly

Skills:
Prior experience in serving Japanese food/restaurants
Proficiency in POS systems for order processing
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food service procedures including food handling and kitchen safety
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately




Experience in cashiering is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
