The role is responsible for: Reporting to the MOD and GM, A Warehouse Server is responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and fun experience. The role is not only to server the customers but to have them wanting to come back!

Main Duties:
Greet your table as soon as possible. If you are busy communicate that with the table or ask for help.
Take the guests orders. Know the menu and make recommendations and upsells.
Punching in orders in the Squirrel POS.
Clearing your tables and keeping your section clean.
Teamwork style service. Everyone helps everyone!
Running the drinks and food.
Taking payment from your tables in a prompt manner.

Requirements:
Must have a strong working knowledge of Ontario liquor licensing laws.




Must have strong working knowledge of the flow of the restaurant and menus.
Robust communication and organizational skills.
Ability to be personable with our guests and create a party like atmosphere for them.
Ability to make recommendations on the food and drink menus to enhance the guests experience.
