In this role, you will:
Gaining a deep understanding of the technical requirements and nuances of each job opening.
Developing a transparent grasp of the tech stacks, tools, and environments relevant to each position.
Managing applicant pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer stages.
Conducting structured interviews to assess candidates’ technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit.
Documenting interview outcomes, recruiter notes, and feedback in a explicit and organized manner.
Using industry-leading tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
Collaborating closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Building long-term relationships with candidates and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future needs.
