Overview

We are seeking an experienced dynamic and highly organized Senior Dental Administrator to lead our dental practice’s administrative operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office functions, ensure seamless patient experiences, and manage a talented team of administrative staff. Duties
Manage the overall administrative functions of the dental practice, including scheduling, billing, and patient records management
Supervise and mentor administrative staff to ensure optimal performance and career development
Oversee the use of dental practice management software such as Dentrix to streamline operations and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with human resources to handle staffing, onboarding, training, and compliance with employment policies
Maintain electronic medical records (EMRs) accurately and securely, ensuring adherence to privacy regulations
Assist in budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation for the practice




Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including medical terminology standards and hospital or acute care protocols when applicable

Experience
Proven experience in dental office administration at least 2 years experience , with a strong understanding of dental practice workflows
Supervising experience leading administrative teams in healthcare settings
Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) systems and healthcare documentation standards
Background in human resources practices within healthcare environments, including staffing and compliance management
Experience working in hospital or acute care settings is advantageous
Solid understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and healthcare environments
Preferable language English, Arabic and Persian.
