Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations
Demonstrate products effectively, including conducting product demos to showcase features and perks
Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability on shelves
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries,



resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly, especially during product demos or technical sales discussions
Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers throughout shifts while maintaining organized records of transactions

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical information clearly and confidently
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, or cash handling is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy workplace
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately and upselling products confidently

Pay: $25.69-$26.74 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
