Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring explicit communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food preparation, serving, and cleanup
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations to promote a safe and inviting environment
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Skills




Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing
Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus
Familiarity with hospitality principles and guest services excellence
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tables and transactions smoothly
