Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems
Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety standards




Assist in food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff during busy periods

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry standards
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes
Experience in serving or hospitality roles is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction
Willingness to learn new skills such as food preparation and upselling techniques
