Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to help customers make informed decisions
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services, utilizing upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation
Support customers with basic technical questions related to products,



offering clear explanations and troubleshooting tips when necessary

Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base
Proven experience in retail sales , with a strong understanding of product features and benefits
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
Solid organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging a broader audience
Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and upselling techniques is preferred
