Dynamite Vape & Smoke is looking for one person to join our team in Morinville. Training would take place at our St. Albert Location.
Must be available evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Candidate must be 18 or older.
Duties
Greet customers and offer assistance
Provide product information and recommendations
Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Meet and exceed sales targets
Upsell products to increase revenue
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Skills
Robust time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in retail sales
Excellent organizational abilities
Proficient in upselling techniques
Cashiering experience
Fluent in English
Knowledge of POS systems
