Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, recipes, and ingredients.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry and cash handling.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Clean and sanitize bar equipment, utensils, glassware, and the bar area regularly.
Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.

Experience




Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant setting is preferred.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices within a food service setting is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
